• The files are owned by Springer Custom Works and we retain copyright and intellectual property rights. You do not obtain ownership of the IP or copyright by purchasing.

• Unauthorized distribution to organizations outside of the original purchaser is strictly forbidden and liable to be punished to the full extent of the law. You will NOT share, resell, give away, or distribute the files to others that have not purchased themselves. If we determine you’ve done so, we reserve the right to take legal action.

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Since this is a digital download and not a physical product, there are no returns, exchanges,  refunds, or warranty.

• No guarantee in the scan being complete, error free, perfectly accurate, or having the exact feature you are wanting. Each scan is of a real world product/vehicle and will not be exactly the same as the next. There may be areas of rust, debris, damage, or misaligned parts. Also many vehicle scans may have differences depending on year and trim level.
